The city is waiting from November 11th to 14th! Synergy of housing and communal services, climate and tools at MEGAPOLIS EXPO 2025
Very soon, on November 11-14, 2025, the Crocus Expo IEC will become the venue for the combined exhibition project MEGAPOLIS EXPO: Technologies and Solutions for Modern Cities. It will include exhibitions of housing and communal services and the UtiliCon construction complex, air conditioning, ventilation, heating and refrigeration systems "Climate World AUTUMN", as well as the MITEX 2025 instrumental exposition. The event is supported by the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, specialized unions, associations and professional associations.
On an exhibition area of more than 60,000 square meters, participants will demonstrate a wide range of solutions: engineering communications, energy-efficient climate equipment, modern tools, innovations for housing and communal services and the construction sector, equipment for various purposes, building materials, automation and digitalization systems, and other areas that shape the image of the urban environment. It is expected that more than 40,000 professionals from all over Russia will visit the exhibition.
The dialogue of the modern city
An important part of the combined platform will be a rich business program at the MEGAPOLIS ARENA. It will bring together more than 200 experts to discuss comprehensive solutions for urban improvement in the areas of housing and communal services and construction, climate systems for buildings, water supply, territorial development and personnel policy.
On November 11, the program will be opened by the plenary session "Transformation of living space" with the participation of the Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin. The discussion will focus on the implementation of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" and federal programs in the field of housing and communal services, construction, landscaping and urban development.
A session of the Ultralam brand will be held at MITEX ARENA at 17.00, dedicated to practical solutions for the use of high-strength LVL timber and moisture-resistant OSB/OSB boards in construction and industry. Participants will be told how wooden structures are used in apartment and private housing construction.
On November 12, the topics of the meeting "Financial Algorithms and Legal Paradigms" will be regulatory requirements, the legal landscape and economic strategy. The event will combine a discussion of modern financial instruments with an analysis of the legal aspects of the industry and investment attraction schemes.
The role of housing and communal services in urban transformation will be discussed by the participants of the session "Communal infrastructure in the area transformation segment". Integrated territorial development (CTE) is today a strategic tool for the development of urban space in close connection with housing and communal services. Master plans will be presented during the meeting.
