TMK plants held events within the framework of "Quality Week"
The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) held a corporate "Quality Week", during which the enterprises conducted shop tours, meetings with employees, profile meetings, awarding winners of thematic contests and other activities.
At the Volga Pipe Plant (VTZ), working groups of quality specialists visited the main production facilities and held a number of informational meetings with employees. Sessions on claims work, entrance control, operation of non-destructive testing installations and the quality management system operating at the plant were also organized for the company's employees. At the final "Quality Week" meeting following the results of the 10 months of 2025, the staff of pipe rolling workshop No. 3 (TPTS-3) was awarded the rolling pennant "Best Quality Workshop".
Pervouralsky Novotrubny Zavod (PNTZ) organized a series of events to raise awareness and employee engagement, as well as factory-wide and workshop-wide meetings. They reviewed the results of quality work since the beginning of the year, and also set goals for achieving targets by the end of this year. Special attention was paid to checking compliance with the technology of shipment of finished products at the finishing center for the production of oil grade pipes.
The program of events at the Seversky Pipe Plant (STZ) included an Open Day between workshops for shift workers, as well as shop tours and thematic meetings with employees. The factory also hosted a flash mob "Give an idea on quality", which will determine the best offers. In addition to the in-house events, STZ organized a visit by colleagues from PNTZ and Sinarsky Pipe Plant (SinTZ) in order to strengthen inter-factory cooperation and exchange best practices in the field of product quality.
SynTZ awarded the best employees of the technical control department with more than 20 years of experience as part of the "Quality Week". Active participants in intellectual games dedicated to a specific topic were also encouraged. Taganrog Metallurgical (TAGMET) and Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling (ChelPipe) Plants conducted an information campaign on corporate resources and on social networks, a thematic quiz on the corporate portal and organized publications with the participation of management in charge of quality issues.
