TMK and ANO "NARK" held a session on the development of the national qualifications system
The TMK2U Corporate University of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) organized and held on its site in Moscow a design and analytical session of the Autonomous Non-profit Organization "National Agency for Qualifications Development" (ANO"NARK") to develop the foundations for the development of the national qualifications system in the Russian Federation.
The purpose of the session "National Qualifications System (NSC): Design solutions for development" was to share experiences, as well as discuss and prepare proposals for improving the mechanisms of functioning and development of NSC in Russia. It was attended by representatives of the National Council for Professional Qualifications under the President of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, councils for professional qualifications and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).
The work of the project teams focused on eight key areas: the distribution of powers of professional qualifications councils (SPCs) by type of professional activity, monitoring the labor market and forecasting personnel needs, the role of the unified Register of qualifications, digital resources of the NSC, the integration of the results of independent quality assessment (NQA) into the personnel processes of enterprises, the prospects for the introduction of mandatory NQA, the award of professional degrees, as well as the NSC development strategy until 2030. In addition, an additional cultural program was organized for the participants.
"The design and analytical session became a unique platform for dialogue between representatives of the national qualification system and collaboration at the TMK2U Corporate University, which allowed not only to share experiences, but also to develop strategic solutions for the development of the system. This is the first joint project under the agreement between TMK and NARK, which clearly demonstrates the transition from formal agreements to practical implementation," said Alexey Vovchenko, CEO of ANO NARK.
