"The bowels of Russia. Russian Coal and Mining 2026" — a meeting place for subsoil users and Russian industrialists
From June 2 to June 5, Novokuznetsk will host the 34th International Mining Technology Exhibition "The Bowels of Russia. Russian Coal and Mining". At the same time, thematic exhibitions will be held: "Occupational safety and Health" and "PromTecHexpo".
The exhibitions will feature relevant solutions for key sectors of the extractive industry, from exploration to processing of raw materials. Due to the geographical location of the "Bowels of Russia. Coal of Russia and Mining is the center of attraction for subsoil users and enterprises in Siberia and the Far East.
The exhibition features companies from Russia, Belarus, China, Turkey, India and European countries. Russian exhibitors include companies from Yekaterinburg, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk, Kuzbass, Taganrog, Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk, Irkutsk, Tula, Lugansk, and others.
Visitors will be able to get acquainted with solutions for geological exploration, mining, blasting and preparatory work, as well as special equipment and equipment for open and underground mining, mine ventilation, drainage and climate control systems, equipment and reagents for mining and enrichment, pumping equipment, digital products for data collection, analysis and monitoring.
For the first time, an industrial festival, Mining Fest, will be held within the framework of the exhibition. The festival program includes interactive events, lectures, master classes, and test drives. The organizers will pay special attention to the program of popularization of working professions, continuity in the profession, and career guidance for young people. An industrial photography and video contest will be held, and on the last day, "Family Day" will be held, during which the results of the children's drawing contest "I Live in the Mining Region" will be presented.
The business program of the exhibition promises to be no less intense. The partners of the scientific and business events are JSC VostNII Scientific Center for Industrial and Environmental Safety in the Mining Industry and Siberian State Industrial University.
On the first day of the exhibition, an event of the MINEX Mining Club will be held for the first time. Kuzbass. On the second day, the traditional Forum "New Times — New Heroes: from exploration to Mining" will be held, where participants will discuss the goals and priorities of the mining industry in Siberia and the Far East, the role of modern technologies in improving the efficiency of exploration, mining and processing of minerals, as well as new opportunities and activities of mining enterprises in the region. Special attention will be paid to the training of personnel and the conversion of existing specialists.
