TMK has mastered the production of a new standard size of pipes for agricultural equipment

Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has developed and supplied a new type of square profile pipes to the customer. The products are intended for the production of attachments for agricultural machinery. The batch volume was 120 tons.

Pipes measuring 100x100 mm with a wall thickness of 10 mm are manufactured at the Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant (ChelPipe), a branch of TMK. For the manufacture of a new standard size of products not regulated by GOST, the plant has developed an individual production technology. It includes cold rolling, heat treatment in induction furnaces, profiling, repeated heat treatment in chamber furnaces and finishing.

"TMK has a successful experience in supplying pipes for the automotive industry and agriculture, including those manufactured at ChelPipe. Responding to the market demand and following the company's development strategy, the company focuses on producing products that are unique in their characteristics and that effectively solve the customer's problems," said Evgeny Gubanov, Managing Director of ChelPipe.

ChelPipe has production facilities for the production of seamless profile pipes of square, rectangular, flat-oval, hexagonal and variable cross-sections. TMK has mastered the production of a new standard size of pipes for agricultural equipment
