The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) supported the graduation of 658 students of the federal project "Professionalism" in the Volgograd, Orenburg, Rostov and Sverdlovsk regions. Now young specialists are expected at the company's enterprises — branches of TMK Volzhsky (VTZ), Seversky (STZ) and Sinarsky (SinTZ) pipe and Taganrog Metallurgical (TAGMET) plants, as well as at the Orsk Machine-Building Plant (OMZ) and TMK Technical Service (TMK Techservice).

The largest number of students — 243 — graduated from the V. I. Nazarov Polevskoy Multidisciplinary Technical School (PMT). Volga Polytechnic College (VPT) awarded diplomas to 112 graduates, Orsk Technical College named after A.

I. Stetsenko (OTT) — 92 students, Kamensk-Ural Polytechnic College (KUPK) — 70 students. For Taganrog Technical College of Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy "Tagmet" this graduation was the first in the framework of the project — 141 people completed their studies.

The young people received professions in the specialties "Automated control systems", "Mechatronics and mobile robotics", "Ferrous metallurgy", "Welding production" and other areas. The educational programs were developed with the participation of TMK specialists. During their studies, students completed production internships and internships at the company's factories, as well as participated in corporate professional skills competitions, scientific and practical conferences and other internal events.

"The effectiveness of TMK's participation in the Professionalism program is clearly confirmed in practice: more than 200 graduates of the project have already been employed at our enterprises over the past and current year. Thanks to the program, future specialists come to factories with a clear understanding of production processes, tasks and professional requirements, realize career prospects and are familiar with the company's corporate culture. The growing number of graduates being recruited strongly demonstrates the relevance of this approach," said Elena Pozolotina, TMK's Deputy General Director for Personnel Management and Director of TMK2U Corporate University.

The objective of the federal project "Professionalitet" is to comprehensively change the system of secondary vocational education, as well as to widely disseminate the industry model of personnel training in high-demand working professions. TMK plants have been involved in the project since the beginning of its implementation, and TMK2U Corporate University oversees this activity. With the support of the company, in 2025, more than 400 students of VPT, KUPK, OTT and PMT named after V. I. Nazarov successfully completed their studies.
