The company "New technologies and materials" ("NTM", part of JSC "Concern East Kazakhstan Region "Almaz-Antey") from Sergiev Posad city district launches a foundry. The new production will be in demand in the automotive industry, instrument engineering, oil and gas sector and other industries. JSC "NTM" specializes in the production of components for the radio engineering industry, high-precision metric fasteners and medical products.
"A new production facility with an area of almost 4,400 square meters. The plant will be equipped with 30 pieces of equipment with a total capacity of more than 19 tons of finished products per month. The production capacity will allow the production of castings weighing from tenths of a gram to larger products, which will meet the needs of customers from microelectronics to heavy machinery," said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.The injection molding site has been operating since the beginning of 2026. With this technology, it is possible to produce both single samples and large series for various industries, as well as mass-produce metal parts for individual projects weighing from 7 g to 3 kg. The products are characterized by high geometry accuracy, high-quality surface of the parts, dimensional stability and characteristics in each batch.
With the foundry reaching its design capacity, NTM JSC will be able to build a fully closed production cycle. This way, the company will be able to fully control the product manufacturing chain and not depend on external suppliers.
