NLMK Board of Directors has appointed the Annual Shareholders Meeting for April 19, 2019

The Board of Directors of NLMK Group, an international steel company with production assets in Russia, the United States and the European Union, decided at a meeting on March 1 to convene the company's annual shareholders meeting on April 19, 2019.

At the annual meeting, shareholders were invited to to re-elect Grigory Fedorishin as President (Chairman of the Management Board) of the company.

Nine members were nominated to the Board of Directors for election at the AGM:

The list of persons entitled to participate in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be compiled on the basis of data from the register of ordinary shareholders as of 25 March 2019.

The agenda of the meeting will be approved by the board of directors and published at a later date.

Curriculum Vitae

Joachim Limberg was Chairman of the Materials Services Business Unit, CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of thyssekrupp Materials Iteratioal GmbH from October 2009 to December 31, 2018. Responsible for the Materials divisions in Germany, North America, Eastern and Western Europe /Asia-Pacific, Materials Processig Europe (processing, Europe), Materials Tradig (sales) and Special Materials (special steels) AST and Distributio Stailess (stainless steels), and also for the divisions Special Services Plastics Europe (plastics, Europe), Aerospace and Techical Services (aerospace and technical services).

Joachim Limberg began his career in 1976 at Klöcker. He then served for several years as Managing Director and CEO of a number of small and medium-sized companies. In 1995 Joachim Limberg joined the thyssekrupp Group. He started as Head of Product Management (Steel) and Material Management at thyssekrupp Schulte. In 1998, he was appointed a member of the Executive Board. From 2002 to 2005, he served as Chairman of the Executive Board of thyssekrupp Schulte GmbH. On April 1, 2001, Joachim Limberg was appointed a member of the Executive Board of thyssekrupp Materials AG, later thyssekrupp Services AG.

Since January 2002, Mr. Limberg has been managing thyssekrupp Materials N.A. in North America as chairman. Since the founding of thyssekrupp Materials Europe GmbH on June 1, 2005, he was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of the company and continued in this position after the company was renamed thyssekrupp Materials Iteratioal GmbH.

From October 2006 to September 2009 Mr. Limberg served as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of thyssekrupp Services AG, where he was primarily responsible for strategic corporate development. In particular, Mr. Limberg has been involved in the development of the company's activities in North America, Eastern Europe, South America and Asia (based in Hong Kong for several years), as well as the development of the aerospace business.

Certified exporter, Mr. Limberg studied economics in Hagen Open University (Diplom-Ökoom), holds a degree in Economics (DIPLOM-ÖKONOM) from the Hagen Open University.
