Ural Steel (part of metalloinvest) has mastered the production of troughs for blast furnaces.

Based on it make the sand form, which, subsequently, poured the hot metal. Molded gutter is delivered to the blast furnace shop, where they are collected into a single structure.

today for foundry blast yard Ural Steel are 47 types of gutters. The total order is more than 250 tons.
Serial production will allow to obtain savings amounting to 10 million rubles per year due to the low cost of products. Currently, Ural Steel is considering launching a large-scale production of gutters.
