Metalloinvest (the “Company”) announces that the Expert RA rating agency has upgraded the Company's credit rating to ruAA with a stable outlook from ruAA- /positive.

Key factors of the rating upgrade positive financial results of the Company, including the growth of free cash flow in 2018, and progress achieved in improving the level of corporate governance. Analysts also positively assessed the increase in the share of supplies of products with high added value, the improvement in debt and liquidity indicators.
