June 16, at the annual leaders Summit of the UN Global compact,
held an expert discussion "the Reference point is: new perspectives for the purposes of
sustainable development", organized by the Association national network of the UNGC
Russia.

this year, the Summit celebrates 20 years of business combination for the best
of the world. The summit leaders held for the first time in online format 15-16
Jun. Events bring together stakeholders UNGC out
more than 10,000 companies and 3,000 non-profit organizations.

Participation in the discussion from "Severstal" took Natalia Poppel – head of
management CSR and brand of the company. The experience of "Severstal" and
the synergetic effect from joint projects with companies "Severgroup" in
the conditions of a pandemic, on the provision of comprehensive humanitarian aid to the population and
system support regions of the Russian Federation, as well as lessons learned and prospects
sustainable development of the company.

the Summit is the world's largest initiative of corporate
sustainability – the call for companies to lead strategy and operations in accordance
with the universal principles of human rights, labour, environment and
fight against corruption, and to take measures conducive to maintaining health
of humanity and the achievement of global sustainable development goals.
