Lebedinsky GOK has increased the efficiency of production of crushed stone
Crushing-and-sorting factory (DSF) at Lebedinsky GOK (a subsidiary included in the company "metalloinvest") has increased the production of crushed stone. By the end of may one of four crushing and screening plants (DSU) produced more than 163 thousand tons of rubble, the target of 126,6 thousand tons per month. This result was achieved first time in the history of DSF.
to Improve the performance of one of the units DSU managed after routine maintenance.
"We had simultaneous replacement of the small and medium cone crushers crushing and screening plant. This allowed to redistribute the load between them. As a result, increased output of finished products with the same equipment, – commented Gennady Kruglikov, head of DSF Lebedinsky GOK. – At first glance, not a complex technological solution, but very effective. Such ideas appear and are implemented through involvement, teamwork and responsible work of the whole team".
Total DSF of the plant annually produces about 4.5 million tons of rubble. These products are in great demand among consumers.
