PJSC Severstal became the winner in the special nomination "For reflecting the reporting of compliance with corporate goals, objectives and results of SDG 2030" in the framework of the All-Russian competition "Leaders of Russian business: dynamics and responsibility - 2018", held by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) ... The award was held on May 24, 2019 in Moscow at the Ritz-Carlto Hotel.
Severstal also became the only company in the Russian Federation that was awarded a diploma for high achievements in promoting import substitution and development of territories.

All-Russian competition of the RUIE "Leaders of Russian business: dynamics, responsibility, sustainability - 2018", announced by the Order of the President of the RUIE.Shokhin. The objectives of the Competition are to promote the sustainable development of companies that meets the long-term economic interests of the Russian Federation and to identify dynamically developing companies at the end of the year based on the economic, social and environmental indicators of their activities, as well as the results reflecting progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG2030). In the nomination "For reporting compliance with corporate goals, objectives and results of SDG 2030" companies are assessed for their achievements in the preparation of reports and the process of developing non-financial reporting on sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, containing key performance results according to the priorities chosen by the company. Among the key assessment criteria are the completeness of information disclosure in key areas of responsible business practice, the use of reporting systems and recommendations adopted in world and domestic practice in this area in the preparation of the report, the availability of information on independent confirmation of reports, as well as the availability of information on the compliance of goals, objectives, areas and results of activities meeting SDG 2030.
