At the extraordinary general meeting held on September 25, NLMK's shareholders approved the payment of dividends for the 2nd quarter of 2020 in the amount of 4.75 rubles per share. The total amount of dividends for 6 months of 2020 will be 7.96 rubles per share.

The date on which the persons entitled to receive dividends for the 2nd quarter of 2020 are determined is October 12, 2020.
