For the implementation of the project, leading specialists were involved - developers of online platforms, whose knowledge, coupled with the experience of PJSC MMK's specialists, will allow the platform to be launched as soon as possible. At the moment, work on the project is being carried out in accordance with the approved schedule: the concept of the system design has been prepared, an interactive prototype of the marketplace has been developed, the software is being implemented, tenders have been held, an agreement has been concluded for the supply of server equipment.
the most understandable and friendly interface, which will allow customers to significantly reduce the time spent on the selection and design of products, choose a convenient delivery method, get fast customer service, the ability to quickly place an order in production and receive information about the progress of the order. Another distinctive feature of this platform is the absence of restrictions on the volume of purchases for the assortment most demanded on the market. Any client will be able to place an order even for a small batch of metal products.
As part of the development of the platform, it is planned to attract third-party manufacturers and distributors who are not part of the PJSC MMK Group of Companies as project participants, which will expand the product and assortment line of products sold through the marketplace. In the future, the platform will organize the possibility of providing additional services to customers, such as cutting, EPS and shot blasting, priming, plasma cutting, profile bending, etc. The possibility of providing individual payment terms is not excluded.
The project to create a marketplace is being implemented as part of the strategy for digitalizing the company's business processes and expanding customer services, and will increase the demand for MMK products, improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
