Moscow, Russia - November 19, 2020 - Mechel PAO (MOEX: MTLR, NYSE: MTL) , the leading Russian mining and metallurgical company, announces its financial results for the third quarter of 2020.

Consolidated revenue - 64.4 billion rubles (-0.2% compared to the second quarter of 2020)

EBITDA - 9.3 billion rubles (+ 6% by Q2 2020)

Loss attributable to shareholders of Mechel PAO - 26.0 billion rubles
