PAO Severstal supported the exhibition “Portrait. Watercolors and graphics from the collection of A.G. Egorov ", which will be held online at the School of Watercolors of Sergei Andriyaka from December 2, 2020 to January 17, 2021.
The collection of Alexei Georgievich Egorov is one of the largest private collections of watercolors and graphics in Russia. Visitors to the online exhibition will be able to see more than 400 portraits of Russian and foreign artists of the 16th-20th centuries, including the world classics Rembrandt van Rijn, Thomas Gainsborough, Francois Boucher and prominent artists Ilya Efimovich Repin, Valentin Aleksandrovich Serov, Mikhail Aleksandrovich Vrubel, Mikhail Vasilyevich-Nmaesterov Vodkin and others. Unique works are made in a variety of author's techniques: hand-cast paper, laid paper, various types of watercolors, engravings on wood and copper, graphite pencil, sanguine, pastel, sauce, ink pen, Italian pencil.
