The production of non-ferrous metal alloys received universal equipment
Verkh-Nevinsky (Sverdlovsk region)
An excavator-loader has been put into operation in the transport shop of the branch "Production of non-ferrous metals" JSC Uralelektromed (an enterprise of the metallurgical complex of UMMC) The CASE 570ST is one of the newest models in its class. A foreign manufacturer has specially developed it for operation in the harsh northern conditions, just those that are typical for the Urals. This machine will be used in both industrial and construction work. Its peculiarity is that you can easily change attachments: instead of a standard bucket, attach a milling cutter, hydraulic drill, pallet fork or brush for cleaning roads. This option makes the excavator versatile and allows, if necessary, to repurpose it in completely different areas. At the same time, it is very comfortable to work on it.
- There is a spacious cabin, a good oven for heating, there is an air conditioner. It is important that when rearranging attachments, you do not need to unscrew different hoses, everything can be removed and put on by snapping, which saves time, - said excavator operator Oleg Arapov.
The excavator was purchased in order to reduce the cost of production. Previously, in the branch, to carry out the necessary work, they ordered equipment from third-party organizations. With the purchase of an excavator, costs will be reduced by 2 million per year.
In total, last year the company purchased 8 units of equipment.
