Mechel Announces Decisions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
The shareholders made the following decisions:
- Do not pay dividends on ordinary registered uncertified shares.
- Pay dividends on preferred registered uncertificated shares in the amount of 18.21 rubles per share.
- Set the date of compiling the list of persons entitled to receive dividends on preferred registered uncertified shares is July 18, 2019. Make the payment in cash by bank transfer in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- To pay dividends on the placed preferred shares of Mechel PAO to allocate 2,526,763,422.15 rubles.
- The remainder of the profit of previous years in the amount of 6,062,469,908.78 rubles shall be left unallocated.
- To elect members of the Board of Directors of Mechel PAO: 1. Zyuzin Igor Vladimirovich 2. Korzhov Oleg Viktorovich 3. Kotsky Alexander Nikolaevich 4. Malyshev Yuri Nikolaevich 5.
