More than 1.5 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes ”.
The project portfolio of the digital transformation program includes 4 main areas:
- "Digital quarry" - visualization of the end-to-end production chain, career maps, positioning of equipment and functional works. Analysis of information on production, work of employees, optimal operation of equipment occurs online.
- "Digital asset" - to a greater extent affects the increase in production efficiency in terms of technological processes ("advisers" systems based on mathematical models and statistics), the metallurgical segment ("digital melting"), projects aimed at cost reduction and cost increase.
- The "digital worker" plays an important role in maintaining the health of employees, providing them with the latest digital tools for working in production (mobile devices during the work of repair services, systems "advisors" of consumables in the main production), comfortable and fast communication employees using robotization, messengers, management of interaction with the company via a mobile phone. The heavy vehicle driver monitoring system transmits a signal if the driver's attention falls. The introduction of new digital technologies also makes it possible to continuously monitor the health of workers. All of this helps to reduce injuries and eliminate workplace fatalities.
- "Digital office" is a direction that has become especially important when working remotely. Every day has gone digital - from online meetings, remote work from anywhere in the world without losing quality, to large-scale online meetings and entertainment.
