Automatic deep drilling rig PM 2.3 from GHP Group
GHH Group, one of the leading suppliers of integrated solutions in the field of mining and tunnel construction, has developed a deep drilling rig Production Master 2.3 A.
The new product is designed for drilling parallel holes in the roof and soil, as well as for fan drilling in vertical and inclined planes. The self-propelled machine can drill wells from 64 to 165 mm, depending on the configuration, thanks to the module with a remote puncher.
The automatic mode in the new Production Master 2.3 A model allows you to download the drilling passport, which makes it possible to continue working the rig even between shifts and during lunch breaks. In addition, due to the simplicity of work, only one operator can service several machines at the same time, which, together with other indicators, increases the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
The updated remote control panel facilitates the work and increases the accuracy of drilling, and the positioning system allows you to work in the right directions.
As part of the global policy to improve the environmental friendliness of equipment, at the request of the customer, GHH Group offers to retrofit PM 2.3 with a battery drive.
"Automated solutions are already familiar in the mining industry and the need for them is only growing. Due to these solutions, enterprises strive to increase such indicators as efficiency, safety and, of course, efficiency. It was in response to these requests that the Mine Master plant, which is part of the GHH Group, began developing the Production Master 2.3 A automatic drilling rig. PM 2.3 easily works even in difficult conditions of underground mines under construction due to its good stability and maneuverability, which makes it interesting for Russian customers, " said Dmitry Zhukov, Executive Director of GHH Group in Russia.
