GHP Group at Las Vegas Minexpo 2021

GHH Group, one of the leading suppliers of integrated solutions in the field of mining and tunnel construction, will take part in the mining and geological exhibition Las Vegas Minexpo 2021, which will be held from September 13 to 15.

The company will present at its stand all the main novelties of this year – the LF-7 loading and delivery machine (PDM) and the SLP-8 low-profile PDM. Also, specialists of the Mine Master drilling equipment production plant, which is part of the group, will hold a presentation of a new anchor installer on electric batteries - Roof Master 1.8 KE and the FM1.7LE drilling machine.

The new PDM LF-7 has compact dimensions, as well as the best power factor in the line and the highest load capacity . The machine easily overcomes slopes up to 28 % and develops a speed of up to 27 km / h, which makes it indispensable in small fields with large slopes. The working weight of the PDM is about 18 tons. Depending on the type of rocks and the conditions of the deposit, customers can choose the optimal bucket volume.
At the request of the customer, the LF-7 can also be additionally equipped with the GHH inSiTE digital analytical system, designed specifically for remote data collection and processing in order to optimize the workflow and increase productivity.

GHH Group's electrical solutions, such as the low-profile SLP-8 loading and delivery machine, will also be of no less interest to visitors of the exhibition. The modular design of this 178-kilowatt model provides it with the maximum load capacity in its class, while the excellent ground clearance allows you to easily overcome the roughness of the road, and a good overview and ergonomics of the cab guarantee the operator a comfortable working environment.
The line of drilling equipment will be presented by the ergonomic anchor installer Roof Master 1.8 KE and the FM1.7LE machine.

Roof Master 1.8 KE can work in galleries with a height from 3.0 m to 5.8 m. The model is equipped with a mechanized anchoring module for 9 anchors with a feeder length of 1.8 m. A reliable, maintenance-free sodium-nickel-chloride traction battery is installed on board to power the electric drive of the undercarriage. The energy consumption of the battery is 120 kW / h in a sealed thermally insulated metal case.

The second electric novelty from Mine Master will be the Face Master 1.7 LE drilling machine, designed for drilling explosive holes with a diameter of 41 mm to 76 mm and a depth of up to 3.2 m. when sinking workings with a height of more than 1.85 m. Despite the pre-installed charger on board, this underground drilling rig is the lowest in its class – the penetration height is only 1.65 m, which allows you to work on slopes up to 15 degrees. For more accurate and efficient drilling, the installation can also be retrofitted with a simple and convenient drilling monitoring system (DMS) or a more complex automatic drilling control system (FGS). Both systems are excellent for sinking horizontal and inclined workings.

"This year, at our stand, we will demonstrate video materials dedicated not only to new equipment, but also to those niche solutions of GHH Group that have already proven themselves in the market. Participation in Las Vegas Minexpo 2021 is a great opportunity to share your achievements and plans for the near future with colleagues and clients, as well as to identify new trends and needs of the "post – pandemic" market. We have no doubt that our solutions, as well as those of our partners, will be appreciated by visitors, especially since we will present the results that this technique is already showing at mining enterprises in Russia, South Africa,Zimbabwe, Germany and Poland, " commented Jan Petzold, CEO of GHH Group.
