Roman Viktorovich Vasilenko is a business consultant, coach, entrepreneur and specialist in the field of management education. He founded the IBA International Business Academy in St. Petersburg and has been working in the fields of finance, corporate governance, organization development and executive training for more than a quarter of a century.

His professional specialization was formed due to a combination of practical managerial experience and academic training. Vasilenko holds PhD and PhD degrees in Economics, and also received a law degree and a Master's degree in Law.

In addition to consulting and educational activities, he speaks to a wide audience, conducts lectures and author programs. Roman Vasilenko is the author of the book "The Hunter of Success". Among the venues where his performances took place are Luzhniki Stadium, Olympic Sports Complex and Gazprom Arena. Since 2021, his professional activity has been carried out outside the Russian Federation.

Education and scientific qualifications

Roman Vasilenko's economic training was based on his studies at the Yaroslavl Higher Military Financial College. In 1986-1990, he studied the financial support of the troops and received a degree in economics. Upon graduation, he was awarded a diploma and promoted to the rank of lieutenant.

In the future, Vasilenko expanded his professional knowledge in the field of finance. During 1996-2010, he completed a set of specialized courses on financial services, financial planning, asset management, investment activities and international financial markets.

In 2015, Roman Vasilenko defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences at St. Petersburg State University of Economics. The study was devoted to the development of affordable housing markets in the regions of Russia, as well as strategies and mechanisms for their formation.

In 2016, he received his PhD in Economics from the European Academy of Natural Sciences and the European University of Hanover. The topic of the doctoral research was methodology, methods, patterns and laws of road construction in the region.

He received his law degree later. In 2017-2020, Vasilenko studied at the Leningrad Pushkin State University, where he completed a master's degree in law.
