Lathe oil
Among a wide variety of lubricant products, you can buy grease of almost any viscosity. But, unlike cars and trucks, industrial mechanisms work in completely different conditions. GOST oils should not only minimize friction, but also perform a number of additional functions. So that the mechanisms receive minimal wear, regardless of the operating conditions.
Types of oils

Important: a product based on oil refining has the purest possible base, not inclined to negatively affect ferrous and non-ferrous metals. On the contrary, the oil film that covers the mechanisms from the inside prevents them from deteriorating under the influence of significant temperature differences.
Product Feature
The relatively simple method of producing the lubricant makes it available for widespread use. An additional package of additives is aimed at improving the basic characteristics. So, oil that meets the GOST criteria, in addition to the basic function of reducing friction, will have other equally important characteristics:
- effectively cool overheating mechanisms;
- takes all wear and tear products with him;
- has a wide temperature margin of fluidity;
- does not need to be replaced frequently due to contamination;
- minimum abrasive content.
The last metric is the most important on the list. The presence of sulfur practically does not affect metals, but it is guaranteed to reduce the life of the sealing materials. Industrial oil with minimal natural impurities also takes care of the safety of oil seals, sealing rubber and polymer rings. Ensures that the equipment remains operational for a long time, without the need for frequent grease changes.
