European hot-rolled steel prices were virtually unchanged on Monday, September 29 amid an ongoing trading shutdown due to sufficient inventory in buyers, as well as a lack of clarity regarding new trade measures and the implementation of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), Fastmarkets reported.
