In 2020, the one-part price of the wholesale market (includes the cost of electricity on the day-ahead market and the cost of capacity) in the European part of Russia and the Urals increased by 3.4%, to 2.54 thousand rubles. per 1 MW • h, and in Siberia - by 0.6%, to 1.78 thousand rubles. for 1 MW • h.

The main driver of growth was the mandatory non-market markups, which reached 558 billion rubles. This year, according to the forecast of the Market Council, the one-part wholesale price will increase by 5.6% (in the European part of the country and the Urals - by 3.8%, in Siberia - by 13.4%).
