Compressor 4VU1-5/9 

Compressor station 4VU1-5/9 is used to supply compressed air with an excess pressure of 0.78 MPa (8 kgf/cm2) to pneumatic control systems of small mechanization devices of drilling rigs. The compressor 4VU1-5/9 consists of a compressor mounted on a welded frame made of profile rolled products, an electric motor and a refrigerator of the 1st stage with a fan fence. The compressor is mounted on the frame of the drilling rig and is attached using pressure strips. The power from the transfer case pulley is transferred to the compressor pulley by means of V-belts closed with a casing. Activation is carried out from the control panel of the driller using the "Compressor" handle. Compressed air from the air collector to the rotator oil seal is transmitted through a discharge sleeve with a diameter of 50 mm.
