VP3-20/9 compressor

Stationary reciprocating crosshead compressor VP3-20/9 (upgraded model VP3-20/8, VP-20/8, VP-20/8M) in two-stage design on a 3P angular base. It finds application in the production processes of various industrial sectors, as well as as a source of compressed air for pneumatic equipment. Outlet air pressure: 8 atmospheres, capacity: 22 Nm3/min. 

The drive of the VP3-20/9 compressor is provided by a modern built-in asynchronous three-phase electric motor of the type DASK-132. The VP3-20/9 unit is equipped with an open water cooling system, two autonomous systems are responsible for lubrication – one of them provides oil supply to the movement mechanism, the other is responsible for cylinder lubrication. The use of moisture and oil separators ensures the purification of compressed air from oil and moisture impurities.

The VP3-20/9 compressor is capable of operating in any climatic conditions. At your request, the compressor can be made in explosion-proof design.
