The development of enterprises in our country cannot do without the modernization of the accounting system, because the overall profitability of the enterprise depends on the accurate accounting of incoming or shipped products. To solve this problem, the enterprise installs industrial truck scales, their dimensions directly depend on the trucks involved in the enterprise.
Recently, an agricultural enterprise from the Krasnodar Territory contacted us with a request for the supply of weighing equipment. For several years, the management of this enterprise planned to purchase truck scales to account for shipped products. For several years, accounting has been carried out by weighing automobile scales manufactured by ASP, but installed at a neighboring enterprise. During this time, the scales have shown themselves to be reliable and accurate equipment.
In the request for delivery, the same model of scales appeared as in the neighboring enterprise, namely ASP 80-18-3. This model of truck scales allows you to weigh most trucks in one run, completely positioning the wheelbase within the platform. Due to the experience of using such equipment, telephone conversations took place in the format of technical clarifications and agreement on the timing of the project. The customer provided the necessary construction equipment to dismantle the old foundation. By the date of arrival at the customer's site, work began on preparing the site for the construction of the foundation.
Upon arrival at the facility, work was completed on the construction of a monolithic foundation, a pit type. After the foundation had reached the required strength, installation work was carried out to install strain gauge equipment, lay signal cables and communications, assemble the load receiving platform with subsequent installation. By the end of the installation work, reference weights were delivered to fine-tune the scales, after which these scales were transferred for primary state verification.
As a result of verification, it was found that these scales fully comply with all the declared metrological characteristics. The certificate of the equipment is marked with verification, during the year it is possible to carry out commercial weighing.
