The main consumers of weighing equipment are agricultural enterprises. They have a seasonal type of work and often do not use truck scales in late autumn and winter. Since the use of scales in adverse weather greatly complicates the process of weighing.
But there are enterprises that need year-round accounting. To solve this situation, we recommend installing a closed canopy over the truck scales. Such a solution will significantly increase the service life of the equipment, avoiding the rocking of vehicles on the platform, which makes it impossible to determine the exact weight, icing of the platform, as well as freezing of moisture in the space under the platform.
Recently, a project was completed for the supply of automobile 60 tons 12 meter scales to one of the enterprises located in the Voronezh region. The management of the enterprise planned to purchase weighing equipment to keep a year-round record of incoming and outgoing products. After reviewing the offers of manufacturers, the choice was made in our favor, based on an open approach to the transaction. During the negotiations, the needs of the customer were clarified and the scale model ASP 60-12-3 was proposed in the pit version, as well as a single-sided closed canopy.
There was a separate discussion of the timing of each stage of the project. The entire project was scheduled to take 31 days to complete. After signing the necessary documents, a construction and installation team was formed, and an order was sent to the supply department to fully provide the project with the necessary materials and equipment. During the construction of the foundation for the truck scales, it was also provided for the laying of supports for the future canopy.
Within the established timeframe, the works on the construction of the foundation and the installation of scales were completed, the scales were fine-tuned and the primary state verification was passed. The second stage of the project was the installation of a closed canopy with swing gates. Upon completion of all work, a commission was sent by the customer, which accepted the project in full and without any complaints. From the moment of signing the last documents, an unconditional guarantee for equipment and all types of work performed began to operate.
