Every year, the geography of the distribution of weighing equipment manufactured by ASP is becoming wider and wider. Our truck scales can be found both in the far north and on the southern borders. Such a distribution speaks of the successful development of the production chain of the enterprise, from manufacturing to delivery to the customer's facility.
Recently, a project was completed for the supply of truck scales for one of the Dagestan enterprises, to account for raw materials and finished products. This customer was very scrupulous in choosing a manufacturer. Negotiations lasted throughout the summer, various models of scales and options for completing supplies were discussed.In the final version, it was accepted that the customer is providing all the necessary building materials and preparing the site for the construction of the foundation. The model of automobile scales ASP 60-12-3 was also chosen. After signing the necessary documents and concluding an agreement, a construction and installation team was formed and sent to complete the project.
Upon arrival at the site, the site and the necessary equipment had already been prepared, after providing the dimensions, earthworks were carried out to excavate the soil and prepare the foundation base. Also, the reinforcement was knitted and the formwork was set. As formwork, our specialists use special frame slabs, which are prepared at the factory and fit perfectly.Ready-made concrete was delivered from the customer's side, with a grade not lower than M300, such concrete meets construction standards and provides the necessary strength of the entire structure of the scales. Upon completion of the foundation, installation work was carried out to install strain gauge equipment and a load receiving platform. Signal cables were also laid to transmit load data to the weighing terminal.
After the completion of construction and installation works, the scales were fine-tuned using a reference load, upon reaching accurate readings, these scales were transferred for primary state verification, which they successfully passed. Truck scales 60 tons 12 meters were accepted by the customer in full, the project was successfully completed.
