The development of the infrastructure of the enterprise largely depends on the actual needs. But at a certain moment comes the understanding of the misuse of useful space, which is no longer occupied by an actual building.
So for a successful agricultural enterprise in the Tambov region, the question arose of acquiring auto scales to account for products. Having sent a request for the purchase of scales and received proposals, the question of the installation site was raised in order to ensure convenient logistics and, if possible, save the usable space of the enterprise. To clarify the installation site, an engineer of the construction and installation site of our enterprise was sent to the customer's site. Having drawn up a plan for the movement of freight transport, a place was chosen where mechanical scales once stood, from which a destroyed foundation remained.
The project included the demolition of the old foundation and the construction of a new one. The customer was offered auto scales with the parameters of the largest weighing redistribution of 80 tons and a long loading platform of 18 meters, which made it possible to comfortably weigh all modern trucks involved in the agricultural sector.The project also included 2 stages of work, the first stage provided for the construction of truck scales and the laying of the foundation for the shed, as well as the platform for installing the weigher's premises. The second stage included the construction of a closed shed and the installation of a weigher's room. The first stage was planned for the end of autumn, the second after the completion of the harvesting season of the company.
By the set time, specialists from the construction and installation direction arrived at the customer's enterprise to erect a monolithic foundation and install weighing equipment, and install a load receiving platform. All work was completed on time, the equipment was set up and handed over for the initial state verification, which was successfully passed.
