It was possible to get acquainted with high-tech solutions at the stand of the official distributor of ESAB in Uzbekistan - General Welders company.

Thus, the Aristo 500ix multiprocessor welding machine with an integrated QSet ™ intelligent welding system was presented at the stand. The system allows you to adjust the ratio of arc time and short circuit time, resulting in a warmer arc, while the short circuit frequency remains unchanged. Among other advantages of the equipment are up to 250 pre—programmed synergistic lines (with the U82 Plus panel), as well as protection according to the IP23 standard, which allows the device to be used outdoors, in severe weather conditions. In addition, the company's specialists demonstrated the Rebel EMP 205 AC/DC CE semi-automatic machine, the Renegade ET300iP EU inverter, the LHN 140i and LHN 160i inverters and the already legendary Rogue ET 200iP Pro welding machine.
A carriage for mechanized welding Miggytrac B5001 was presented among the auxiliary equipment. With its help, you can easily automate the process of semi-automatic welding, maintain a constant welding speed without loss of productivity. In terms of mechanized solutions, the specialists demonstrated Railtrac B42V, a modular welding system that is equipped with a transverse oscillation unit for mechanization of welding, surfacing and cutting processes. Also, visitors were able to get acquainted with the Robust Feed AVS universal wire feed unit with a flow meter. The solution is perfect for working in conditions that require mobility and reliability.
In addition, welding electrodes of the OK 53.70, OK 48P, OK 74.70 brands, welding wires SV-08G2C, Aristorod 12.50, 12.51, OK PRO 51C, PRO71 and filler rods OK Tigrod 12.64, 308 LSi, 316 LSi were presented at the General Welders stand. As well as welding torches PSF, SR.
While working with welding equipment, personal protective equipment is the forefront of occupational safety and health of employees. Therefore, along with the technological approach, ESAB expands the range of personal protective equipment.
