From May 10 to 12, 2023 in Kazakhstan within the framework of the International Specialized Exhibition on Mechanical Engineering and Metalworking Kazakhstan Machinery Fair, the Welding Company distributor presented an assortment of welding equipment and materials for heavy industry from ESAB.
Thus, ESAB's strategic partner in Kazakhstan Welding Company became a participant of the exhibition, where he presented the multiprocessor inverter Warrior Edge 500CX, which is designed to optimize production at metallurgical, machine-building, machine-tool enterprises. Along with the welding machine, auxiliary solutions are also presented: the RobustFeed Edge CX feeding mechanism and vacuum packaging (Vacpac) for storing and transporting electrodes.
The main advantage of the Warrior Edge 500 CX model is the ability to connect to InduSuite – WeldCloud Fleet and WeldCloud Productivity online applications. This gives welders many additional opportunities, including obtaining information about welding operations and possible problems with equipment in real time. In addition, you can update the software and manage welding operations in several places at the same time remotely. The RobustFeed Edge CX feeding mechanism is equipped with TrueFlow digital gas control technology, due to which it is possible to optimize the gas supply at any stage of welding. The mechanism also has SpoolSafe, IP54 dirt and dust protection, which keeps the wire dry and clean, improves its flow and reduces the risk of contamination of the weld.
