On May 23, 2023, at the STT Expo 2023 exhibition, the Russian manufacturer of construction machinery and spare parts AGB Construction Machinery presented the AGB 3CR backhoe loader.
AGB 3CR is a multifunctional equipment that is used in civil and industrial construction, capable of performing work from zero cycle and territory planning, to loading and moving cargo. At the moment, the backhoe loader is 80% localized and consists of parts and components manufactured by the AGB Construction Machinery team. All the main metal structures, cabin, casting, the company produces at the site in the city of Vidnoye. The engine, the hydromechanical gearbox and axles for the first units were purchased from English suppliers, but by 2025. the localization level will be increased to 95%.
The restriction on the purchase of imported goods by budget organizations, established in 44-FZ and 223-FZ, implements the state policy to support domestic producers. In this regard, government agencies can purchase AGB equipment for public procurement at electronic auctions.
Among the advantages of the backhoe loader is a comfortable operator's cabin, good cross-country ability due to the crab stroke and equally large steerable wheels. The Dieselmax 444 engine and hydraulic system with two gear pumps are accompanied by a reliable cooling system. The quick-release carriage allows you to replace attachments in a matter of minutes.
The peculiarity of the AGB 3CR is a wide variety of replaceable attachments: from a bucket mixer and a road brush to a hydraulic hammer and a hydraulic drill.
Frame configuration with reinforced profile and improved rear boom carriage guides. AGB company uses modern technologies for processing the traverse and tower of the frame, as well as innovative technology for the production of frame spars, which has reduced the manufacturing time and increased the durability of parts.
The technical characteristics of the model are not inferior to functionality: the digging depth is 5990 mm, the weight of the machine is 8400 kg, the volume of the jaw bucket is 1 m3, the engine power is 68.6 kW.
This makes the excavator versatile and makes it possible to use it in a number of industries.
The assortment of the company's own warehouse includes at least 30,000 spare parts and more than 1,500 items of consumables that are suitable not only for the AGB model range, but also for imported backhoe loaders, such as JCB 3CX, 4 CX, with which the Russian backhoe loader is compatible in parts by more than 95%.

By 2025, it is planned to produce at least 50 units of equipment per month, as our domestic market feels a high demand for this type of construction equipment.
