The All-Russian RUSAL Festival # Cinema ended in October. Within the framework of the festival, there were screenings of new products from Russian film distribution in Kandalaksha, Boksitogorsk, Taishet, Krasnoturinsk and Severouralsk - small towns where RUSAL's production facilities are located. The contractor for the festival was the creative MICE agency MaxMedium.
The goal of the festival is to create a favorable cultural environment and support the company's employees. Among the films that were shown at the festival: "Comedian", "Arrhythmia", "Loudspeaker", as well as children's cartoons.
Before the screening of the films, the audience was presented with a multi-part project "True Stories" - short films about the life and work of metallurgists from different cities of RUSAL.

An employer can show the importance of a person's profession through understandable and everyday things, increase his self-esteem and talk about its importance in the lives of people around him. The festival has become a significant event in the cultural life of these cities, because they are located far from regional centers and not all have permanent cinemas.
In addition to watching films, guests could take part in various master classes, quizzes, experience virtual reality using VR glasses, and also try face painting and take a photo in all kinds of photo zones.
Superheroes have become the main theme of the film festival this year. However, as the organizers of the festival emphasize, heroes in real life are ordinary people who do impossible things every day for the sake of their family. The stories of just such people formed the basis of the short films shown at the beginning of the session.
This festival is held annually and covers several areas. In addition to cinema, RUSAL conducts individual projects to popularize science, organize family sports events, and organize theater tours in small towns of its presence.
