From October 4 to 5, 2023, the 19th Mining Forum and exhibition MINEX Russia 2023 will be held in Moscow at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Conference and Exhibition complex. This year, the main topic of the forum will be “Transformation of the mining industry - a marathon of opportunities".
Leading companies will gather to discuss the development vectors of the geological prospecting, mining, processing and metallurgical industries within the framework of the cross-industry forum MINEX Russia 2023.
The program of the event includes sessions, conferences, master classes and business tracks. More than 200 managers and experts of industry companies will share their experience in ensuring sustainability, import independence, the influx of personnel and innovative development.
The premiere of the season at MINEX Russia 2023: interactive industrial session "New Times – New Heroes", within the framework of 4 thematic blocks of which participants will be able to present their company, its capabilities and ambitions. The session will be moderated by Svetlana Timchenko, CEO of the Timchenko Marketing Agency and founder of the cross-industry project "New Times – New Heroes".
A number of contests and ratings will be organized on the basis of MINEX Russia 2023, which will impress the participants of the professional community with a variety of industry niches. Awards based on the results of the events will be distributed by industry experts.
Thus, the forum will host the 17th competition for the Russian Mining Award 2023 in 6 categories: Exploration Project of the Year, Mining Project of the Year, Investment Project of the Year, Personnel Project of the Year, Breakthrough Solution of the Year, Sustainable Development Project. Together with other industry experts, Mikhail Ivanovich Leskov, chief editor of the magazine "Gold and Technologies", will summarize the results of the competition.
In addition, the 5th Contest of cases of digital transformation and breakthrough technologies for mining and metallurgical enterprises Minexcellence (MINEXCellence) will also be held. It will be held in 3 nominations: MineDigital (solutions for IT and digital transformation), MineTech (solutions for improving operational efficiency of a non-digital nature), MineFuture (technologies of the future, fundamentally changing the face of the industry). The chairman of the jury will be Jahangir MAHMUDOV, Director of Transformation at UMMC.
The forum will also form Russia's first industry rating of young managers of enterprises and companies working in the field of prospecting, exploration, extraction and processing of solid minerals (TPI) – A new shift. The jury will be headed by Andrey LYSUKHO, Deputy General Director – Head of the HR Policy, Corporate Culture and Social Issues Unit of Rosgeologia JSC.
