On the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPGF-2025), the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) and Gazprom signed a comprehensive program of scientific and technical cooperation (STC) for 2025-2030 and a roadmap for the use of pipe products.
The NTS program was signed by Sergey Chikalov, CEO of TMK, and Oleg Aksyutin, Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee. The purpose of the joint work is to provide Gazprom with highly reliable pipe products with special operational properties for the implementation of technologically complex projects for the extraction, transportation, storage and processing of gas. It defines the priority areas of cooperation: the creation and production of new types of pipe products — large-diameter electro-welded pipes, seamless pipes and connecting parts of pipelines, as well as the exchange of experience, research, service and the search for new technical solutions.
In addition, Sergey Chikalov and Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, signed a roadmap for cooperation in the use of pipe products with high-tech threaded connections in the interests of Gazprom.
