Open Leasing LLC (a subsidiary of Otkritie Bank) entered into an agreement with Ugol-Trans JSC for the supply of new railway cars. The amount of the leased asset is more than RUB 15 billion.
The transaction will be financed by loans from Otkritie Bank.
