18 Dec 2019. PJSC "TMK" announces that the U.S. Department of justice concluded its consideration of the proposed transaction for the purchase of IPSCO Tubulars, Inc. company Tenaris at JSC "TMK".
the Contract of purchase and sale of shares of IPSCO Tubulars Inc. was signed on 22 March 2019 between JSC "TMK", one of the world's leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, and 100% it subsidiary of Tenaris, an international manufacturer of seamless and welded pipes. TMK expects the deal for the sale of IPSCO Tubulars Inc. to be completed in the near future.
