The enterprise pays wages on time, partially compensates for the cost of meals in canteens. The plant helps parents with many children and parents of first-graders to get their children to school, and every year all the children of the employees receive gifts for the New Year. The implementation of social programs aimed at creating conditions for the professional and creative growth of young specialists, to support and help BMK veterans continues.
The workers of the plant have an almost year-round opportunity to relax and recover in the Belorechye sanatorium. In 2018, 590 people were treated there. 32 people had a rest in the boarding house with health improvement "Primorye" (Gelendzhik). BMK also takes care of the children of its employees: during the summer health campaign in the sanatorium "Belorechye" and the sports camp. A. Matrosov, 540 children had a rest.
The BMK pays great attention to the sports direction: in July 2018, the plant completed the next traditional comprehensive sports contest in 10 sports, more than 1000 metallurgical athletes took part in it. Also, BMK employees actively participated in various city sports events, winning prizes.
