The extraordinary General shareholders meeting of OJSC MMK approved the payment of dividends by results of the 3rd quarter 2019

PAT "Magnitogorsk iron and steel works" ("MMK" or the "Company") (MICEX-RTS: MAGN; LSE: MMK), one of the world's largest steel producers, reports that on 27 December 2019 held an extraordinary General meeting of shareholders (absentee vote).
Majority of votes it was decided to pay dividends by the results of the third quarter of 2019 on issued ordinary registered shares of OJSC MMK in the amount of 1,650 rubles (including tax) per share.
the dividend Payments will be made in cash, by Bank transfer, on time and in the manner prescribed by the Federal law "On joint stock companies".
