On the construction of the Novo-Uchalinsky underground mine Uchalinsky GOK (enterprise resource complex of UMMC) has received a new drilling rig Sadvik DD311, equipped with intelligent software. The use of "smart" systems TCAD+ and iSURE will allow to improve technical and economic performance of drilling and blasting operations that are performed on the new machine.
on-Board imaging system of the drilling parameters TCAD+ provides highly accurate drilling, reducing the cost of explosive materials and drilling tools, and the application iSURE helps to make the electronic passport drilling, reducing the time to develop it in a few raz.

Drafted e-passport is transferred to the drilling rig via a flash drive and displayed on a color screen. All the data about the drilling process during the work shift are recorded, completed, you can analyze drilling and blasting.
Before using "smart" drilling machine team of operators was trained representatives of the manufacturer. Within three days, the drifters have extensively studied the device installation rules maintenance, work order software.
"TCAD+ is embedded in the rigs since last year, Uchalinskiy GOK is one of the first companies in Russia, where the company Sadvik put the car with this option. New drilling rig acquired in the frames of implementation of the plan for the replacement and modernization of equipment and will work in underground horizons of the Novo-Uchalinsky mine.
