PJSC Severstal was awarded a diploma of the patron of the Saratov Art Museum named after A.N. Radishchev.
The award was presented at the traditional gala evening "We are starting to make ..." dedicated to the 195th anniversary of the birth of Alexei Petrovich Bogolyubov - artist, educator, philanthropist, collector, founder of the Radishchev Museum, Honorary Citizen of the city of Saratov.
Traditionally, on this day, the museum invites and honors its friends, patrons of art and partners, acquaints the audience with the fateful facts from the life of Alexey Bogolyubov, with the main milestones of his work.
At the solemn event, the results of socio-cultural projects for 2018 were summed up, including the Inclusive Museum supported by Severstal. The project activities included exhibitions, festivals for people with various forms of social problems, thematic excursions and interactive classes, music programs and creative workshops, which were held both in the Radishchev Museum and in the Balakovo Art gallery.
"By supporting culture, we preserve a great historical heritage and the spiritual potential of our country. Today museums are drivers of development of the economy of cultural and event tourism. This is always followed by the powerful development of small and medium-sized businesses, hotel and transport infrastructure, food and souvenir production. But the most important thing is to improve the quality of life of local residents, fill their everyday life with positive emotions, impressions, develop their horizons, ”commented Natalya Poppel, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Brand Department at Severstal.
The evening program included a presentation of a new project 2019 "Know our! A.P. Bogolyubov. 195 ", within which art lovers of all ages will be able to visit interesting exhibitions, participate in competitions and festivals, listen to exciting lectures and excursions, as well as get acquainted with the picturesque works of Alexei Bogolyubov in digital form.
