Equipment for the new unit supplied by the machine-building concern SMS group (Germany); the contract was awarded in July 2015. The cost of the project amounted to 6 billion rubles. As a tackle for CGL-3 is used cold-rolled strip without coating, which produces rolling mill no. 11.
