Today, the pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) and JSC "Gazprom" held a joint scientific practical conference, devoted to application of innovative solutions in the development of new hydrocarbon deposits. The event was held at the newly opened science and technology center (STC) of TMK, in Moscow.
Participants of the conference discussed development of cooperation in the development of new products, held a round table on "Modern domestic technologies of exploration, extraction and transportation of hydrocarbons on land and offshore. Prospective requirements, directions and trends". According to the results of the conference were outlined the areas that will form the basis of the next five-year programme of scientific and technical cooperation between Gazprom and TMK.

during the conference the leaders of "Gazprom VNIIGAZ" and NTTS TMK Niedzwiecki Maxim and Igor Pyshmintsev signed an agreement on cooperation and interaction. The document envisages carrying out research and development work in the development of promising new products and technologies, as well as enhancement and creation of normative documents.
the conference Participants got acquainted with unique equipment installed in the NTC TMC — the tour for them had Igor Pyshmintsev. It is the only Russian complex stands for full-scale physical testing of pipes, pipe connections and other complex structures. The bench is intended for research with the possibility of stretching, compression, bending with the application of high external and internal pressure and creating a extreme temperature.
