JSC "uralmekhanobr" (scientific-research and design Institute of UMMC) has successfully passed the recertification audit of quality management system (QMS) for conformity to requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2015.
within two days, the auditors of the international certification body TÜV NORD CERT checking the functioning of the QMS processes. The audit covered almost all structural subdivisions of the Institute.
At the closing meeting, the auditors confirmed the compliance of the QMS of the Institute this standard, which is proof of effective management of industrial processes and a significant advantage in a competitive environment. It was also noted the continuous development of the system of strategic planning, implementation and improvement of comprehensive risk management system.
– JSC "uralmekhanobr", the quality management system for compliance with international standard, we check for the past 10 years, told senior auditor of TÜV NORD CERT Oleg Potekhin. – It's safe to say that the system in the Institute is constantly evolving and improving.
In the course of the audit it was also proposed to expand the scope of the certificate design of chemical plants and civil engineering projects. The application for the extension of the scope of the certificate sent to the company by TÜV NORD CERT.
Note that the quality management system in JSC "uralmekhanobr" is valid from Jan 2011.
