A new hydraulic excavator HITACHI EX1200-6 BH was put into operation at the Kaltansky Coal Mine branch of JSC MC Kuzbassrazrezugol (an enterprise of the UMMC raw materials complex). The machine is a standard model of an excavator widely used in the mining industry, but at the same time it was completed according to the technical specifications of the coal company.
Taking into account the operating experience of two such machines at the Krasnobrodsky coal mine, to improve the ease of operation and efficiency of the equipment, construction with a cabin raised by 1.2 meters. Thanks to this, the driver's eye level is at a height of 4.7 meters - above the body of a loading dump truck.
HITACHI EX1200-6 BH with a bucket volume of 6.7 m 3 is equipped with a powerful engine and improved hydraulic system, has a reinforced chassis, a spacious cab with a convenient control panel, a multifunctional monitor and a rear view camera.
In addition, like all new excavators supplied to the enterprises of the Kuzbassrazrezugol Management Company, HITACHI EX1200- 6 BH is equipped with the Red Kill Zoe danger zone warning system, which is designed to ensure the safety of mining operations at night.
