At the annual general meeting held on April 19, 2019, NLMK shareholders approved the payment of dividends for 2018 in the amount of RUB 22.81 per share, which is 102% of free cash flow in accordance with the consolidated statements of NLMK Group, prepared according to international financial reporting standards. Taking into account the previously paid interim dividends, payment for the 4th quarter of 2018 is 5.80 rubles per share.
