In connection with the increased demand over the next two to three years it is planned to expand the capacity of plant No. 2 IND., which manufactures marine cables. Its performance increased significantly in 2019, after the installation of high-tech lines of continuous vulcanization, allowing both to apply the insulation and shell. Under the new investment program also considered the possibility to install another same line and upgrading several production sites. In the first place, will be improved system of managing lines.
At this point in the product line of "Electrocable" there are about 6 thousands of label sizes of marine cables. The design and specifications of these products are constantly improved: modern analogues weigh less, carry higher current loads, have a high electrical insulation resistance and high tensile strength, easier to use. They are resistant to the effects of salt mist, sea water, lubricating oil, diesel fuel, and resistance to vibration and shock nagruzkam.

These products with advanced fire protection with insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene or ethylene propylene rubber. They are produced in full compliance with the requirements of Russian Maritime and River registers.
